Nice bistro in center of the old town, service was attentive. Good quality food especially the desert, shame very disappointed by my starter (egg) had a strange taste. Otherwise, lovely place to have a diner and quick service.

Shazib greeted us for our last meal before leaving France, he was a smiling ,happy person who helped us with our meal choices,  which there were plenty of  although the restaurant is on the main road the view of the castle and church showed the history of the place. The food was excellent , we were not hurried by the staff to finish quickly and go, we had a nice time  and would return.

Ambiance lovely, we were served quickly and everything was very good and fresh 👍

Ok restaurant. We ordered a minute steak and a cheeseburger both with fries. The burger was delicious. The steak over cooked. The fries tasted stale.

The dishes were hit or miss. The service was a bit slow, but understandable with only one wait person for whole restaurant.

The menu of the day was on the blackboard outside and also given to us at dinner. We ordered off the menu and then when the bill came it was a la carte prices. Only to be told that the menu was only for lunch. But why was it advertised outside on the board in the evening?!!

This is an excellent restaurant with delicious imaginative food and friendly wait staff. Thoroughly recommended.

We had one of the best meals during our stay in The Loire. The menu was inventive, the presentation beautiful, and finding a vegetarian option was much appreciated.
